Even though I'm not a fan of Nawaz Sharif at all, I think this project will silence his opponents for a while who have always blamed him for only focusing on Punjab and its development.
I don't think it will silence his opponents - because, after all, haters gonna hate - but it does demonstrate his commitment to building up infrastructure across the country.
I know it might seem as if one is being ungrateful, but don't you think there are other pertinent issues that need to be addressed first before making this motorway? Like they say about MQM in Karachi, that the only good thing they've done for Karachi is that they have made flyovers - not saying it out of consideration, not really a big fan of MQM either. Shahbaz government has already been criticized so much for his Metro Bus project.

DeleteIt was about time for this project to commence but I for one am skeptical about the government meeting up on the deadline.
